Below are just a few of the questions we are ask by new clients. If you want to contact us with your questions, we will be glad to respond with a personalized answer.
What are your hours?
We are open year round with different hours depending on the time of year. During tax season (middle of January to April 15th) we are open more hours. The rest of the year our office hours may change depending on what we are doing. We have someone in the office Monday through Thursday and return calls or emails quickly.
What are your fees?
Our fees are a combination of time and forms prepared. The more organized the client, the less we charge. Our fees are more than reasonable and usually considerably less than any competent competitor. The fact that we are recommended by our existing clients attests to our reasonable fees. It is not possible to give exact fees without actually doing the return.
I am in another country, do I have to travel to your location?
We prepare taxes for clients worldwide. Using the internet, overnight courier services and facsimile machines, we are able to gather the necessary information to complete your return. We have many clients that have never been to our offices.
Will you look at last years return for me?
We always request that new clients provide us with the last two years of income tax returns. When we finish the current return, we will compare the results with previous return, many times we are able to amend the previous returns. It is not possible to completely review a previous years return without all of the information.
What is an Enrolled Agent?
Enrolled Agents are licensed by the Internal Revenue Service to practice worldwide. Unlike CPA's and Attorneys, Enrolled Agents are required to have specific knowledge and continuing education in tax law.
